HellasBig is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to continuously improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Our Accessibility Goals: We aim to make our website:
Perceivable- Content is presented in ways that users can see and hear.
Operable- Navigation is possible with a keyboard or assistive technology.
Understandable: Content is clear, concise, and predictable.
Robust: Compatible with current and future assistive technologies.

Accessibility Features: Alternative text for all meaningful images, Keyboard navigability throughout the site, Clear color contrast and font legibility, Resizable text without loss of functionality, Semantic HTML structure for screen readers, Form fields with proper labels and error feedback.

We are currently working toward optimizing compatibility with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) and browser accessibility plugins.

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort and regularly audit our site for compliance. Our development process incorporates accessibility reviews and adjustments during updates.

While we aim for full compliance, there may be some older content or third-party components (e.g. embedded maps, booking forms) that are not fully accessible. We are working with our partners to improve these areas.
